82-Year-Old Grandmother Defies Heart Disease
When Vivian Amos-Brown, a real estate agent and grandmother from the Chicago area spent an entire Mother’s Day weekend in the hospital, she was diagnosed with Atrial Fibrillation (AFib) and told she would have to take pills for the rest of her life. Instead, she refused the prescriptions because she was determined to find a better way through diet and lifestyle changes. Now, at 82 years young, she says she feels even better than she did at 32.
